We are seeking a motivated individual for the newly created role of Accounts Officer to work within our busy Finance team on a permanent full time basis. Situated in our modern Perth CBD offices, the role reports to our Senior Financial Accountant.
What youll be doing:
* Corporate Credit Card administration, matching and post all transactions and reconciliations to provider statements * Filing and archiving of credit card payments and source documents * Online expense claim approvals and administration * Assist Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Officers as required during less busy periods * Other related duties as directed by Senior Team members
What youll need to be successful:
* At least 2 years experience working in an accounts administration position. * Working knowledge of Microsoft desktop products including Excel, Word, Outlook. * Intermediate excel skills are essential. * Experience with bulk data entry to internal deadlines and payday cutoff points * High attention to detail in data entry for accounting / corporate applications. * Good communication skills and the ability to effectively manage conflicting priorities. * Ability to work independently * Study towards a professional accounting qualification would be highly regarded * Positive and resilient attitude!
