We're a content agency providing creative thinking and writing for brands. We need a someone to work with our Creative Directors to grow our service offering and improve our processes. You'll also work with our creative team to ensure all client work is on brief, on budget and blows their mind.
What we do:
We provide creative thinking and writing for brands of all sizes & shapes. From the conceptual and strategic development that guides the formation of brands, right through to the words themselves.
This includes: TOV Development & Naming, Communications Strategy, Campaign Creation, Art Direction, Copywriting and Social media.
What you'll do:
-Client/agency relationship management
-Internal workflow forecasting + scheduling
-Proposal creation + quoting
-Timelines + cost tracking
-Briefing brand strategist
-Ensuring creative work is on brief
-Business Development. Including growth strategy, identifying opportunities and pitching.
-General people management
-Ongoing support and reporting to Creative Directors
What you have:
Advertising agency background preferred with a minimum of 5 years of experience working on creative campaigns
Experience in pitching for and securing clients
An aptitude for problem solving and strategy led results
Experience managing a team of creatives
Passion for mentoring and assisting in developing creative talent
Experience in social media and digital landscapes
Strong presentation and negotiation skills
Ability to apply creative and innovative thinking to commercial output/new business
Collaborative and focused leadership style
Can sell ice to eskimos (although we don’t do that)
Positive, get-shit-done attitude, and energetic presence
A good person who knows when to laugh, when to be quiet and when to open the wine.
