About the Company

Our client based in the SE Suburbs is a well known profitable leader in the property management industry. They are expanding and they are currently seeking for an accounts administrator to join their growing real estate agency team.

About the role

This opportunity requires an individual who can take the charge and be responsible of the daily administration functions of the agency. This is an ongoing casual position Monday to Friday; hours are from 9am to 5pm. View to permanency after 3 months for the right candidate.

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role you must have a strong customer service focus, attention to detail and excellent communication and computer skills. Also to be considered you must have at least 1 year experience in accounts payable/ receivable, excellent MS Office knowledge, sound knowledge in MYOB, feel confident
.with debt collection and be able to work unsupervised.

Daily Duties

  • Accounts payable/receivable
  • Data entry
  • Invoices processing
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Liaise with subcontractors
  • Liaise with tenants
  • Process payments
