About the role

Our client is currently seeking to recruit an accounts administrator to join their Finance team who will be responsible for managing the accounts and assisting with the administration tasks. This is a permanent full time, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm role.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you must possess outstanding attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills. Previous experience with accounts receivable or reconciliations is highly advantageous. You must also possess strong computer and communication skills.

Daily duties

  • Assist in the processing of invoices
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Generating statements and reports
  • Responding to client enquiries
  • General administration
