As an A&D focused AccountExecutive, you will join a thriving yet boutique VIC team taking control of a small portfolio of top Architectural Firms, Tier 1 & 2 Construction Companies and end users, with a strong focus on developing and cementing relationships


  • Manage an existing pipeline of major projects

  • Meeting regularly with and building solid relationships Architects and Interior Designer

  • Conducting presentations on the product and distributing marketing collateral to promote the company’s brand

  • Using your network and other lead sources, identifying and proactively following relevant residential and commercial building projects and gaining specifications

  • Taking full ownership of the sales cycle from specification through to closing sales

  • Constantly striving to achieve budgets and company objectives

  • Leverage BCI and internal tools for project tracking and information

  • Represent the brand at industry functions & entertain clients in social forums

  • Provide market feedback for input into further product development


  • Salary $65-75K + Super + $14K Car Allowance + Etag + Fuel Card + Laptop + Smartphone + iPad + Uncapped comms Paid on Purchase Order!

  • Proven sales experience from within the building materials market, Ideally 1-5 years’

  • Ideally have an interest in interior design

  • Ambitious, tenacious and driven with a real passion for delivering beyond the clients expectations

  • CBD or inner suburbs based
