An opportunity has arisen for a strong Organisational Development professional within Macquarie Asset Management (MAM).
You will be responsible for driving Business-wide initiatives in talent and performance management, learning and leadership development, and managing the successful execution of these in tandem with key stakeholders. Key responsibilities will include:
- Development and delivery of the talent strategy for MAM, including alignment with the wider HR and business strategy;
- Ownership of BAU talent management processes, including talent reviews, performance appraisals, promotions process and succession planning. This includes identifying opportunities to apply external leading practice and process improvement methodologies to refine these key processes;
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their business requirements and develop solutions accordingly, partnering with other members of Talent and Human Resources;
- Ad hoc OD and talent-related initiatives and projects, such as Diversity and Inclusion and staff survey projects; and
To be successful, you will have a strong background in Organisation Development or Learning and Development gained within a corporate or consulting environment, with some exposure to financial services. You will have a solid track record in developing and implementing key talent initiatives across large, evolving organisations and involving numerous stakeholders. Strong stakeholder management skills are essential along with the ability to drive change across a complex organisation. You will have proven people leadership capability with direct management experience. Strong project management skills and a high level of numeracy are a significant advantage.
