What an opportunity!

Due to expansion and consistent growth we are looking for a Installation Supervisor who will be responsible for teams of installers and labourers servicing South Australia, based out of Adelaide. You will report to the Project Manager and be responsible for organising daily jobs, liaising with customers, staff, organising pre checks on job sites and assisting the installers and labourers onsite as needed plus much more. This is a hands on role. The team install height safety systems across a range of sites to ensure compliance with Australian Standards.

What your new role will involve:

  • Receiving & scheduling jobs in liaison with the Project Manager
  • Liaising with clients and booking in jobs across Sydney
  • Managing your teams of installers and labourers
  • Climbing up ladders, accessing roofs, some heavy lifting is needed
  • Using hand and power tools
  • Ensuring a high level of quality workmanship is carried out
  • Provide assistance to the Project Manager & State Manager as needed

What you need to be successful?

  • Be comfortable working at heights
  • A great attitude, flexibility, honesty & trustworthy
  • Strong customer focus
  • Leadership skills with demonstrated experience leading a team
  • Technical aptitude
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to read and understand Australian Standards
  • Current drivers licence
  • Experienced in a supervisor or similar role leading a team
  • White card and working at heights licence (or willing to get one)
