Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Handling all inbound and outbound sales inquires
Managing the back-end rollover process
Providing the team with support such as communicating with clients and customers
Following up clients regarding incomplete applications
Ongoing analysis to improve current systems and procedures
General office administration
The Ideal Candidate will have:
Previous experience in customer service
Strong customer service
Ability to work autonomously and part of a team
High attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication
