Senior Marketing Manager – Consumer Growth
Part of the SMB Customer Marketing Team, the SMB Growth role is responsible for the strategic development and implementation of integrated cross sell activities, win back and lead nurture lifecycle communications. This role is also responsible for the development and execution of Next Best
Action within the Business Channel that includes prioritisation and offers.
You’ll drive integrated insights about customer cross-sell behaviour, and incorporation into relevant marketing, sales, and service plans. This will enable to effectively define and incorporate the overall strategy in growing cross-sell activities from the existing customers. These initiatives will also be included in annual, quarterly, and monthly plans including input to the Optus Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
In a snapshot, your aim is to develop strategies and initiatives to optimise profitability as a result of cross-sell activity. You can achieve this by:
You’ll be doing this whilst managing a team of highly effective marketers.
You’ll be a commercially-savvy senior marketer with the ability to identify revenue generating opportunities for cross sell activities. You’ll also have experience converting opportunities derived through insights into tangible strategic plans resulting new business.
You’ll have experience working on annual operating plans and managing customer-level portfolio initiatives such as the NBA (Next Best Action) framework and operations. You’ll also strive for innovation and improvement in cross-sell as well as implementing reporting and tracking metrics for the cross-sell and bundling function.
You’re a people leader and enjoy working as part of close knit a team and you’ll be confident in networking throughout Optus.
