Senior Facilities Manager

Description

As Senior Facilities Manager you will manage all aspects of the contract delivery, building and maintaining client relations, managing the facilities delivery team to ensure services are provided on time and to budget.

Other duties include:

  • Manage reactive and planned maintenance across the portfolio.
  • Manage subcontractors to ensure contract performance, delivery timeframes, service, repair and budgets are met.
  • Prepare reports to provide regular performance updates for senior management.
  • Manage compliance and safety framework, including risk assessments, legal compliance, quality audits and safety implementations.
  • Develop and maintain strategic stakeholder engagement to support business solutions.

Review and identify process improvements for continued successful operation management.

Profile

  • 5+ years experience in a similar role
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience working within compliance framework and providing auditing and regular reports
  • Effective verbal and written communication, engagement and interpersonal skills
  • Organizational skill
