Senior Facilities Manager

Description

As Senior Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the planning and delivery of all property related services including the facilities, minor and works programs. You will liaise with all stakeholders concerning relevant maintenance, cleaning and building programs.

Other duties include:

  • Develop, update and maintain all relevant policies and procedures
  • Prepare and manage the program of works and various capital projects.
  • Prepare and manage the annual maintenance budget.
  • Manage and lead the property team, ensuring an effective and collaborative team culture in the delivery of property services.
  • Manage projects to specification, time and budget
  • Ensure all staff receive appropriate training

Profile

  • 5 years experience in a similar role with experience preferably gained working in aged care or retirement
  • Good knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, and procurement and contracts
  • Good knowledge of maintenance issues related to facility services.
  • Fire training and understanding of legislative requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
