Senior Facilities Coordinator

Our client is a Global FM and Property Service provider who is managing several portfolios of properties on behalf of federal government departments. They are currently recruiting for a senior facilities coordinator to work across a national account.
Your new role
You’ll be reporting into the National Facilities Manager and will be responsible for undertaking property facilities activities and residential procurement and disposal activities. The role has accountability for the management of the Building Inspection Programme and other general office supervision functions. This team member is responsible for ensuring all staff housing occupancy agreements are completed, executed and recorded and will communicate directly with the occupants as required.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this position you will have experience in residential or commercial property real estate, a proven capability to comprehend and understand commercial agreements, knowledge in lease management and using a residential property management system and a current Baseline Security Clearance or the ability to obtain.
