Senior Campaign Analyst


The Senior Analyst, SMB Customer Marketing is responsible for the leadership of a team of campaign analysts with the mandate to deliver exceptional execution in the delivery of campaigns, from pre-analysis and idea generation through to campaign impact assessment and business recommendations on how to optimise.


The 2 core objectives managed by this position are:



  • Campaign impact in terms of business outcomes (sales, margin and retention), working with the relevant stakeholders to maximise effectiveness and efficiency.

  • Key operational measures designed to maximise productivity and impact – specifically, the number and quality of campaigns delivered per analyst, and error rate, ensuring we manage all associated legal and regulatory requirements.


You’ll be responsible for the end to end management of campaigns including pre analysis, idea generation, campaign build and execution; campaign impact and analysis as well as recommendations for optimisation.


In addition you’re accountable for the rollout of NBA (Next Best Action) and the future mode of operation across SMB. This includes working with the Innovation, Marketing and Commercial Teams to understand new processes, planning and execution requirements within the SMB Division.


About you


You will possess a comprehensive knowledge of best practices in campaign delivery and analysis combined with sound technical campaign systems knowledge and supported by strong leadership, communication and influencing skills. A proven people leader, this role must focus on developing a strong and motivated team of campaign analysts, ensuring that coaching and training is tailored to each individual


You’ll need to be confident in facing off to senior stakeholders as a major challenge of this role is managing and priotising a high volume of campaign requests.
