Senior Business Analyst - IVR

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst that specialises in Call Centre Processes and IVR applications.

This Government Department needs to review its processes and systems to identify the impact of the changes and to implement appropriate updates.
The Call Centre Manager at the is currently defining the processes for managing customer calls. A Senior Business Analyst with specific experience in Call Centre processes and IVR applications is required to identify and document the processes to be used, including support for formal testing of the system and delivery into operations.

Necessary experience:

  • Extensive Business Analyst experience working across both IT and business change projects
  • Working within a legislative / regulatory environment
  • Designing Call Centre processes and IVR applications
  • Identification, documentation and presentation of requirements
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT) preparation and oversight
  • Workshop facilitation including a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Stakeholder management including presentation of requirements and processes
  • Ability to work unsupervised to meet agreed deadlines
