About the Role:

We are seeking a Scheduling Support Officer to join Jurlique on a full time 6 month contract based in our Mount Barker campus. The Scheduling Support Officer will provide Scheduling Support across the Supply Chain function for the duration of the ERP Project from Inception to Design through to Construction and Deployment. The preferred candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, whilst have the ability to work autonomously and manage a variety of tasks concurrently.

The Scheduling Support Officer will be responsible to:

  • Manage the weekly Production Planning process including: system refresh activities, data integrity checks, and production planning;
  • Work closely with Production in the handover of production plans and conversion to finite Schedules;
  • Assist in the preparation of MRP action message reports and Production Activity Control reports;
  • Ensure effective communication across Supply Chain teams and more specifically within the Scheduling function;
  • Work closely with the Purchasing and Quality Control teams to ensure “closed-loop MRP” feedback processes are maintained and material shortages are updated within the Production plan;
  • Coordinate and assist in Project related activities including: Test script preparation, Data cleansing and Data integrity checks.

Skills & Expertise

  • Tertiary qualifications in Management (Operations and/or Logistics), Business, Industrial Engineering or related disciplines is essential
  • Strong data management skills and exposure to business information systems is essential;
  • Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Excel is essential;
  • Knowledge and understanding of MRP, DRP, and ERP systems and processes;
  • Experience in JDE Oracle systems will be advantageous;
  • High attention to detail;
  • Problem solving skills;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Learning on the fly.
