Your new role
As scheduler you will be responsible for managing all diary and travel arrangements for 11 consultants who will be based on the road. This will include booking fleet, flights and accommodation.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have strong administrative and organisational skills, be a strong team player and have strong software skills. It will be your responsibility to make sure that everything runs smoothly with the consultants where they need to be and on time. Your colleagues will include a range of backgrounds, from other schedulers to ex army professionals. You must have excellent communication skills as this will be a phone based position. You must have permanent work rights within Australia, working holiday visas will not be considered.
