Your new role
Being a predominately phone based role, you will be reporting to the General Manager of Sales and Marketing who is highly reputable within the Energy and Telecommunications space. Your role is a concoction of Business Development (Sales), people leadership and channel management.


Your role will encompass the following:-



  • Grow sales channel capability

  • Manage partner relationships end to end

  • Manage a outsourced contact center team

  • Commercial contractual management

  • Reporting and reconciliation management in line with service level agreements

  • Building a pipeline of new potential partnerships

  • Plan approaches and pitches to existing and new clients, working closely with the sales and marketing team

  • Cold calling potential customers to present our service/ business proposition

  • Identify opportunities for improvements in the sales relationship with channels

  • Present to and consult with your Manager on business trends

  • Attend industry functions and provide feedback and information on market trends and developments






What you'll need to succeed
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential. This is coupled with people leadership skills and sales channel management experience.


We are seeking a professionally presented candidate who enjoys working in a fast paced environment. It is also mandatory that you have experience within the business development space. Channel Management experience desired or previous Senior Sales experience is beneficial. A consultative approach is appreciated as this position is not purely Sales focused.
