Central Coast Group Training is the Coast’s leading employer of Apprentices and Trainees and has been in operation for more than 35 years.
Our Host Employer is a family owned and operated company who have been in operation since 1972. They cover all areas of Real Estate including; sales, property management, developments and commercial. The company has a high focus on customer service, honesty and professionalism. The clientele vary and no two days are ever the same.
The company has three offices; a main office at Ourimbah as well two additional offices in Morisset and Cooranbong. As the successful candidate you may be required to travel between the three eventually.
Duties of this position will include but are not limited to;
• Answering phones and greeting clients
• Data entry
• Typing and filing
• Making tea and coffee
• General cleaning
• Collecting mail
• General office duties
• Assisting the property management and sales staff when required
To be successful within this role you will be motivated to learn, have previous work experience and be confident. This role would be well suited to a recent school leaver that has undertaken work experience or casual work.
This position is full time Monday to Saturday, working 38 hours a week from 9:00am – 5:00pm. You will have two half days which will be Wednesday and Saturday from 9:00am – 1:00pm.
As part of this Traineeship you will be PAID to study a Certificate III in Business through On the job training.
