Ongoing temporary work for an experienced Council Ranger in Western Sydney.


Your new company
A council based in Sydney’s West is looking for an experienced Ranger to join them on an ongoing temporary basis. You will be working alongside council’s full time staff as a Hays employee.


Your new role
The role will involve enforcing local legislation whilst patrolling on foot or in a vehicle. Duties include but are not limited to issuing infringements regarding parking, abandoned vehicles, illegal dumping, building site compliance, animal control & complaints investigations. The primary focus of the role will be on educating the community in relation to relevant laws and restrictions.


What you'll need to succeed
You must have previous experience in a Ranger role along with a Certificate IV in Local Government. You will need to able to work well in a team and have good interpersonal skills. A positive attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure are also a must.


What you'll get in return
You will get ongoing work on a casual basis and will be paid above the minimum award rate.
