Your new role
You will be able to comfortably manage a portfolio of approximately 120 properties with an Assistant Property Manager to assist with the Rent Roll, NO Trust Accounting, NO BDM, NO leasing and with administrative support. Part of a significant team of 23 including 15 in the Property Management department who support and help each other like a family.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Property Manager who can hit the ground running and who likes to contribute and be part of a successful team. You will be hard working, considerate and have a positive attitude. Current PM registration and 2-5 years previous property management experience managing up to 120 properties is preferable, with excellent time management skills and the ability to multi task a must.
