The opportunity?


As part of Toll Group’s new growth strategy, we have a unique opportunity for a Property Assistant to take their career to the next level. With a focus on corporate property, you will use your skills to support the GM Property and Senior Property Managers across the group manage a large and diversified portfolio of commercial assets.


The Toll property portfolio includes ports, airports, freight terminals, industrial, commercial and residential, both owned and leased across all states of Australia, NZ and Asia Pacific.


As the Property Assistant, you will be a pivotal member of the team ensuring reporting, systems and practices are efficient and effective. There is scope to grow in your role and assist the management team with key property projects.


Key duties and other accountabilities that you will be responsible for, but not limited to:



  • Maintenance of bank guarantee lease status registry

  • Arranging document executions and assist in ensuring the timely process

  • Maintenance of records management

  • Administration of lease requirements and make-good provisions

  • Maintenance of records management

  • Supporting the management team, including gathering of rental data


The ideal candidate?


Your success will be based on your previous experience or exposure to commercial property management from an agency or corporate perspective. You will also bring to the table commercial nous with a straightforward pragmatic approach and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Analysis skills and time management will also be critical. You are self-motivated, dedicated to learn and a team collaborator. It is also important that you are customer focused and committed to providing a high level of performance.
