Your new role
Within your new role as Procurement Manager your main purpose will be to engage area stakeholders to ensure fulfillment of area business requirement and delivery of procurement strategies whilst also coaching and developing the procurement team.




What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will have experience managing procurement staff and teams to improve performance and service delivery. You will have professional knowledge of procurement principles and approaches gained through experience. You will have strong business acumen and commercial awareness. You will also have strong change management capabilities to establish new ways of working.
