Platforms and Applications Man...

This exciting new role is an enabler across the Customer Operations Team, consisting of customer payments, customer security, responsible gambling, customer service and phone betting. The successful applicant will be responsible for investigating new technologies and vendors aimed at improving Customer Operations and Customer Experience. Utilising your ability to negotiate, work with vendors, and motivate teams, you`ll enjoy seeing the Customer Operations team work more efficiently as a result of your hard work!

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Dealing with multiple levels of stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Investigating new technologies and vendors aimed at improving Customer Operations and Customer Experience
  • Change Management across the team as new technology, initiatives, and processes are rolled out
  • Driving Customer Operations projects across the business
  • Extract and document business requirements from stakeholders by conducting workshops and working closely with Business Analysts, and ensure relevant data is available to support decisions
  • Establish the business analysis approach and provide input into the project business case
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Develop tools, processes and requirements that display financial implications to the project

To be successful in this role:

You`ve a reputation for knowing how things work – processes and systems alike. You’ll thrive through the management and execution of projects and initiatives aimed at improving customer experience within Customer Operations from ideation to delivery and ultimately benefits realisation.

You enjoy planning, and are skilled at utilizing data to predict required trends. You challenge the status quo, and are comfortable in offering up your opinion! Change Management is a strength and you’ll have no trouble displaying this across the team as new technology, initiatives, and processes are rolled out.
To be successful, you`ll have significant experience in the product management of key technology applications/platforms, including optimisation initiatives, oversight of managed services and related vendor relationships.
