Personal Assistant

Hudson is a global leader in the supply of Office Support professionals. We have a vast client base and are currently looking for an experienced Executive Assistant for a 3 month contract role within a large corporate organisation.

Successful candidates will be supporting a Senior Manager and their team with all aspects of administration. You will be an ambitious and highly proactive individual, who is experienced in dealing with meeting tight deadlines and is unmatched with your organisational and communication skills.

A flexible and committed approach to work is essential as initially this role will be a contract with the potential to extend for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will be required to:

  • First point of contact for the senior executive

  • Demonstrate a dedication to all aspects of administration, whilst also providing executive support to the team - prioritising is key!

  • Be experienced in providing unmatched support and managing tight deadlines

  • Managing a busy diary and preparing senior manager for all meetings

  • Credit card reconciliation

  • Organise, attend and take minutes at management meetings

  • Contribute to improving the effectiveness of the organisation by developing and implementing new administrative procedures

  • Travel and accommodation coordination

  • Work efficiently and effectively within the managing team

  • Event and workshop co-ordination

  • Proof-reading and drafting documents

As a successful candidate for the Personal Assistant position, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Pervious experience supporting C-Suite level managers

  • Professional & polished presentation is a must

  • Strong customer focus with a friendly can do attitude

  • Excellent working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office

  • Work efficiently and effectively within the managing team

  • Possess superior attention to detail and be highly organised, as a high volume of proof-reading and drafting documents is required.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with minimum supervision

  • Proven tenure and track record in a similar role

  • Experience within a large multi-discipline organisation would be highly regarded
