Your new role
As the Payroll Coordinator you will be responsible for administering, calculating and processing of all manual and automated payments. Alongside this establishing and maintain employee’s master file data within Preceda. Other duties will include payroll exception reports, data entry and EFT disbursements. Managing the reconciliation to ensure payroll accounts are balanced and reconciled quarterly will also fall under this position.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered you must have previous payroll experience and have exposure to a large payroll system. You must deliver efficient and timely customer service. Strong attention to detail is also a must.
