$70000 - $80000 package

You will be joining one of Melbourne’s most exciting Digital Media agencies in this Digital Specialist / Search Manager job.  You will be a part of a friendly and extremely talented team with a real focus on ensuring the office is a fun and supportive place to be.  You'll be a part of a rapidly expanding business which boasts a great working environment with great potential to develop your digital skill set.

You will be managing and optimizing paid search, social and display activity and will be responsible for setting the SEM strategy for some major brands, ensuring web and mobile properties are optimised to maximise revenue, traffic and ROI.  You will lead the ongoing analysis, strategy and planning of data & search activities for key clients.  
Key responsibilities include:
  • Defining & setting clients SEM acquisition strategy
  • Ensuring best practice through managing the ongoing review, monitoring and reporting processes for clients
  • Analysing data to make proactive/reactive decisions based on results 
  • Strategic role encompassing paid social, paid search, SEO, native, remarketing and programmatic.
  • New keyword development and testing
  • Hands-on bid optimization and ad copy-writing and testing
  • Developing testing plans, implementing new strategies and measuring the results landing page optimization
  • A/B testing of page designs to maximize conversions
In order to succeed within this role you will have come from a strong digital background and will have solid experience in stakeholder management.  You will have a real passion for digital marketing and will enjoy keeping up to date with the latest trends and best practices.

You will also have:
  • 2-3 years digital experience 
  • Some SEO experience would also be ideal, but not essential
  • Ability to deliver strong business insights from customer data
  • Understanding of Google Analytics
  • Adwords certified
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion and online customer acquisition
