In this role

Your will need to

  • You will be required to manage and achieve defined benchmark KPI’s, including sales targets. Assist with promotion and target drives when required and provide annual and sick leave relief

Key accountabilities include

  • Promote Accolade Wines portfolio, build Professional relationships with customers and achieve pre-determined sales, distribution and growth targets within a defined sales territory
  • To support Accolade Wines Sales strategy by delivering superior customer service through a positive and pro-active attitude and by demonstrating integrity in all activities
  • Contribute to month end reporting if and when required

Manage service delivery levels to customers in line with benchmark Accolade Wines & Outbound KPI’s

  • Contact customers on a frequency agreed with each customer (minimum 1 x Qtr.)
  • Process all orders promptly and accurately in AW JDE or wholesaler’s systems
  • Liaise & resolve any issues with internal & external customers
  • Communicate out of stocks to customers at time of order placement
  • Work with on premise customers on wine list requirements where opportunities exist

Identify opportunities within current work practices to deliver improvement & efficiencies

  • Identify any opportunities or issues and resolve with Manager
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as required
  • Act on new opportunities where they are presented

Ensure productive working relationships are maintained

  • Work effectively as part of a team, be flexible & adaptable in relation to rostering times
  • Actively participate in bi-monthly, half yearly & annual reviews
  • Develop & maintain effective working relationships with external & internal customers
  • Attend meetings & training/ capability sessions as required

Other accountabilities include

  • Manage service delivery levels to customers in line with benchmark Accolade Wines KPI’s
  • Ensure a sense of urgency is maintained
  • Identify any issues and seek resolution with in an efficient and timely manner
  • Display sound time management skills by meeting deadlines, planning calls and follow up on queries in a timely manner
  • Maintain customer relationship management software
  • Identify opportunities within current work practices to deliver improvement and efficiencies
  • Continual learning about Accolade Wines products and keep up to date with changes
  • Challenge the status quo to improve process and selling techniques
