Excellent opportunity exists for an experienced Customer Service/ Order Processor representing a leading brand in the FMCG sector.

Client Details

Our client is the leading provider of food ingredients and manufacturing across the globe in the FMCG market. Due to a significant increase in the market, they are seeking an enthusiastic and charismatic individual to join their Customer Service/ Order Processing Team to facilitate and ensure that all customer enquiries and orders are met as they service a large customer base.


In this role you will work as a customer service representative and be responsible for:

  • Answering customer’s queries and placing orders
  • Taking a number of high volume inbound phone calls
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints
  • Maintaining up to date product knowledge
  • Managing the order processing system
  • Managing all the day-to-day administrative tasks for order processing
  • Be the first point of contact for internal communication and allowing a smooth management of orders


To be considered for this position you will need to have been exposed or previously worked in a data entry or order processing environment. The ideal candidate will need to be:

  • A quick thinker and have a good direction towards problem solving skills.
  • Previous order processing experience
  • Can work in a fast paced, high call volume environment
  • Have experience in a customer service environment
  • Will need to possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills to deliver and interact with our customers
  • You will have the ability to adapt to a variety of personalities, have the ability to empathise with customers and escalate issues as need be
  • Have an ability to build rapport over the phone
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good knowledge in excel
