Operations Services Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Services Manager.

 

Reporting to the General Manager Operations, The Operations Services Manager is responsible for aligning, maintaining and improving Centre operational execution and customer experience through the development, communication, implementation and support of operational and cross functional programs, systems and processes. This role will manage the rollout of all key organisational initiatives to field operations. The role will also develop and manage network communications to deliver consistent understanding and execution.  

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, support and improve Centre operational systems, processes and procedures to drive operational execution and customer experiences.
  • Plan and coordinate the rollout of new systems and processes to Centres. 
  • Develop and maintain productive cross-functional relationships and support best practice to deliver on overall company strategic goals and objectives. 
  • Manage the Operations activity calendar and network communications from Support Office to Operations and Centre based teams.
  • Represent Operations on all WHS and Child Safety matters and provide input and decision making as required.

The successful person will be:

  • 5+ years of operations leadership role, preferably with sector experience.
  • Post graduate qualification in business, project management or a related disciple is desirable.
  • Passionate about the early years care, development and education of children.
  • Exceptional written, formatting, presentation and communication skills.
  • Values orientated.
  • Demonstrates professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Demonstrates initiative, capacity to work without supervision and confidence in decision making.
