The Mass Prepaid division of the business is the segment of the Optus business that distributes Optus Prepaid to the Mass and General Route markets consisting of over 20,000 outlets. This division of the business undertakes the execution of the dissemination of Optus Prepaid SIM cards, Optus Prepaid Recharge vouchers and PINS, Optus Prepaid handsets and Optus Prepaid Mobile Broadband devices and Optus Prepaid Mobile SIMS. The Mass Prepaid Telesales centre is responsible for processing all orders submitted from telephone, website, CRM and ensuring they are delivered within service levels along with resolving or directing any query or request actioned from both sales teams and store base.

The role of the Operations Executive Supermarkets & DDS is to support the NAEs/AE to achieve our GA, Revenue and Profit goals in all Supermarket and DDS channels. This role is integral to ensure processes are followed and actioned in a timely manner.

To be successful in this role, one would need to be able to balance priorities and be exceptionally good at time management. Changing process to deliver optimal output will be key and this person will need strong interpersonal skill to deal with both internal and external contacts to ensure we execute our plans. This role will be responsible for the day to day admin of all accounts. Weekly reporting providing category analysis through IRI/GFK data, promotional in put and execution as well as claim management are just a part of the overall tasks of this role. One would need to understand our customers internal processes in order to load promotions and ensure stock arrives on time with direction from the NAE or external buying team.

This role will also be responsible for the full forecasting of stock for all accounts and delivery based on the promotional plans developed by the NAEs. Strong MS Office skills would be desirable as well as a strong team player who can manage internal stakeholders to achieve outcomes for the team.
