Office All-rounder

The company
A global market leader for ogistic process automation. Located in the North Shore and very close to transport links.

The role
Reporting to the Service Manager. You will provide full reception service to all visitors to the office. Distribute and handle all incoming telephone and emails to the appropriate parties, also providing support to the service department.

• Provide first line support to queries regarding creditor payments
• Handle queries regarding contacts and personnel
• OH&S reporting and record keeping
• Collection and distribution of mail
• Handle courier dispatches and arrivals
• Book rooms for meetings and visitors
• Provide and manage quotes, purchase orders and service orders
• Provide customers with a delivery status
• Work closely with internal stakeholder
• Ad hoc administrative duties

The suitable candidate
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to plan and determine priority of administrative tasks
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent analytic and problem solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently
• Strong computer skills
• Intermediate skill in MS office suite
• Previous office manager experience (an advantage)
