My client is a professional association for Australian members, they are committed to creating an environment and providing the opportunities for their members and partners to professionally develop, be recognised and succeed. They are passionate about the industry and are recognised as a driver of innovation and business. They have over 20,000 members, 1500 certified professionals and hold over 500 events. They are now looking to add a Sales Manager of the professional partner programme to the team.
Your new role
You will be responsible for recruiting and retaining members and partners in accordance with my client’s strategic plan and to identify and generate opportunities with clients and members to utilise other products and services in the NSW area. This role will also include, ensuring membership growth targets are achieved through effective sales, marketing and retention strategies, ensuring the long-term retention of members by developing and implementing a structured partner engagement program and communication plan that promotes member programs and services, Identifying new business opportunities by building and maintaining strategic relationships and partnerships with the local and business community and also providing superior account management services by performing all functions to set up membership and introduce new members to the programs and services.
