Marketing Manager – Lifecycle
As part of the SMB Customer Marketing team, you will grow the commercial value of the SMB base and the execution of Marketing lifecycle initiatives.
You will manage the end-to-end execution of SMB's Lifecycle strategy including medium to long term business initiatives related to Customer Marketing. You’ll create a synthesis of actionable insights by unifying strategic and operational insights on customer behaviour, feedback, competitor activity, commercial dynamics and product insights.
You’ll continually strive to improve customer retention and customer brand advocacy (NPS) by managing the customer engagement plan. You’ll do this while also supporting ARPU, AMPU, and ARPC outcomes.
Additionally, driving SMB Lifecycle planning and delivery of materials as part of Channel Marketing for our Business Channel Partners (BCP) and Direct Sales Force (DSF) including Account Management teams.
Being a commercial business partner and building a strong network throughout Optus, in this role you’ll also be required to provide input into quarterly and annual plans, including the Annual Operating Plan, in respect of forecasts, budgets, plans and other requirements.
You’re a passionate, customer-centric senior digital marketer, with extensive experience in building customer journeys and creating and managing lifecycle marketing strategies. You’re a forward thinker with next best action marketing at the forefront of your decision making. Working closely within a digital marketing CRM (Salesforce) you understand the importance of learning customer needs/trends to ensure effective communications are produced to increase revenue through retention.
You’ll be a confident communicator with the ability to analyse, develop and advise on engagement strategies with senior leaders for our customers.
Ideally you’ll have telco experience and customer/business facing experience is vital in this role. Also, experience in Salesforce or the latest CRM technologies is really important to be able to perform this role and meet expectations.
