Manager, Surveys & Engagement



Overview:

To do so, we are seeking a talented Surveys & Engagement Manager with the creative brilliance and vision to make our information meaningful. Our ideal candidate is strategic, innovative and organised with a passion to engage people with information.


This position leads a small team of surveys and engagement professionals collaborating to connect powerful information with the University and its stakeholders. Reporting to the Director, the team is a critical, growing link in the current and future activities in the Office of Planning Services.


The office plays an important role in supporting and collaborating with all levels of the University in its quality assurance, strategic and operational planning activities. Planning Services plays a lead role in defining strategic priorities for institutional analysis and reporting, identifying new business opportunities pertaining to data, optimising organisational success through data, and representing data as a strategic asset.


This is a continuing, full time position based at the Nathan campus.


The role:


The meaningful user experience you create will attract and educate a large group of diverse stakeholders and showcase Griffith greatness in learning and teaching, research, community impact and partnership. You will lead and manage a range of student and staff survey activities. You will also support your team to engage participants, conceptualise and design impactful digital and print collateral that is used for marketing, information and action (for example, data visualisations, infographics, websites, emails, presentations, publications, reports, banners, and videos). As an engagement leader you will be the driving force in communicating results and information to all stakeholders within the organisation.

Salary range:


HEW Level 8: $91, 087 - $ 102, 470 per annum. Salary package including 17% employer superannuation contribution: $106,572 - $119,891 per annum.
