I am looking for a strategic account manager who is primary focus on managing the NSW LHD portfolio and to promote client optimisation across the NSW/ACT health and charities client base. To achieve outstanding client retention, portfolio profitability, cross/up selling of products and services.

With over 30 years of experience in the market they have effectively manage employee salary packaging, advising them how to use their money accurately and efficiently.
Implement diligently on agreed sales and marketing plans for the product offering, work closely with the Implementation teams to ensure service promises are briefed effectively into the broader business
Manage relationships with relevant stakeholders in the business and provide guidance and support on operational and process quality issues affecting the customer experience with a view to speedy resolution or risk mitigation
Develop and implement strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve sales targets, revenue and corporate objectives for products and services
Lead the relationship managers through clear expectations, timely coaching, identification of skill-gaps, support and development
Responsible for the recruitment, direction, organisation, planning and development of relationship managers to accomplish organisational objectives
Develop a clear understanding of systems and process within the organization’s operations teams and local sales and distribution teams
Ability to guide strategy formulation for sales and commercial optimisation
A strong track record in key account roles within a customer service environment in the finance, sales and service and / or automotive sector
Self-motivated to reach targets, accountable for your performance and able to work autonomously
Customer-centric, and able to contribute to exceptional customer experience
Initiative with the ability to think outside the box when problem solving and work autonomously
Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships at all levels both external and internal, coupled with strong negotiating and influencing skills.
Excellent presentation, communication skills, coupled with a strong service orientation.
Strong consultation skills; ability to listen, understand problems and develop simple and straightforward solutions
A minimum of 5 years experience managing successful teams
An understanding of the salary packaging and / or automotive novated leasing industries
