Your new role
In your new role, you will support Contract Officers and the Contract Manager in providing effective leadership overseeing the management of Maintenance contracts, to ensure effective and efficient delivery of products and services by service providers. You will support in planning and controlling the delivery of allocated projects and services by service providers and ensure contract strategy and deployment meets commercial, probity and risk management objectives. You will also provide prompt and efficient Business Management and Reporting support to Contract Support team.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this position you must have operations and/or Maintenance contract experience. You must have experience in formulation and negotiation of commercial contracts. You must also demonstrate experience in tender evaluation and have advanced computer competency in Maximo and FMIS. You must demonstrate ability to maintain confidentiality in all dealings. A current drivers licence is required.
