Food & Beverage Supervisor
It is an exciting time to join RACV Cape Schanck as we undergo an expansion of the resort which is due for completion in 2018!
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated hospitality professional to oversee and co-ordinate operations in our Food and Beverage department. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in delivering service in restaurants as well as conference & events experience.
The main responsibilities will include:
To be considered for this role you will have previous experience in a Food & Beverage Supervisory/Management position across both restaurants and conference & events areas. You must have the availability and flexibility to work a range of hours across morning, afternoon and evening shifts over 7 days.
You will be customer-service orientated, have a positive attitude, be very well presented and most importantly be motivated to deliver a high level of friendly service to RACV`s members and guests. It is desirable that you have an extensive knowledge of wines. Experience in pre-opening of a Food and Beverage venue will be highly regarded.
