ABOUT THE ROLE:

Reporting to the General Counsel, this role will have responsibility for:

  • Managing the portfolio of leases including Commercial, Retail & Industrial
  • Negotiating agreements from both a Landlord & Tenant perspective
  • Managing legal matters relating to tenants, breach notices, renewing and Deeds of Surrender
  • Stakeholder management (both internal & external)

WHO'S RIGHT FOR THIS ROLE?

Due to the specific nature of the role, experience in Commercial Leasing from a Landlord & Tenant perspective will be preferred, along with a proactive nature and at least 2yrs PQE+ in a well regarded firm.  They will also consider part-time (3-4 days per week) for the right person.
