Our client is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support their Facilities Manager in managing their commercial property portfolio.


In addition, you will be responsible for providing administrative support along with ensuring that a premium level of service is provided to tenants across their portfolio.


You will



  • Deal with contractors to ensure prompt outcomes

  • Process payments for PPM contracts

  • Ensure the long term investment viability of each property and manage their maintenance

  • Ensure all Essential Safety Measures testing and compliance are achieved as per legislative requirement

  • Review annual reports and categorise/assign any defects that have come up and action accordingly

  • Complete designated special projects as when required

Your skills and experience



  • Some TAFE or Tertiary qualifications or equivalent

  • 2-3 years Facilities experience
