Our client is looking for a personable yet professional high level EA to join their dynamic and friendly organisation. In this fast paced and varied role you will be providing high level Executive support to the CEO.

Some of your duties will include:

  • Diary management for the CEO and preparing all information needed for meetings in advance

  • Coordinate agenda and reports for monthly management meetings

  • Coordinate agenda and attendance for team meetings

  • Set up of the boardroom for meetings

  • Taking minutes

  • Preparation of PowerPoint presentations for staff meetings

  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and paperwork with consideration to deadlines, correct procedures and maintaining confidentiality

  • Tracking and inputting of expenses

  • Arranging domestic and international travel/accommodation bookings

  • Ensuring HR policies and procedures are adhered to

  • Build strong working relationships with the Executive Team, Management Team and other Executive Assistants

  • Build key relationships with internal and external contacts on behalf of the CEO

To be successful in the role you must have:

  • Prior 5 years experience in a high level EA role

  • A high attention to detail

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong planning, organisational and diary management skills

  • A positive outlook and professional approach

  • Capability to work with discretion

  • Be able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and be flexible with working hours when needed
