The Director Program Performance is responsible for the development and maintenance of Defence`s Service Delivery Division Performance Measurement Framework and providing regular strategic and operational level performance reports to the Executive and other key senior stakeholders of the Program such as the Defence Committees and Service Chiefs.
The Director Program Performance is responsible for the provision of a performance measurement methodology to assess program performance and identify key performance measures. They will also be responsible to review, monitor and escalate any performance issues identified. The director is responsible for ensuring a robust and trusted view of program performance by alignment with key planning documents, program priorities and expected outcomes.
Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance at `Negative Vetting Level 1`
