Digital Sales Fulfilment Manager

As Optus continues to push “beyond telco”, our focus on Digital and Digital Sales has sharpened.  We are seeking a Digital Sales Fulfilment Manager to help take our Digital Sales to new heights. You will have a chance to collaborate with senior stakeholders across the business on projects at the frontier of online e-commerce and digital sales fulfilment processes.

As a Digital Sales Fulfilment Manager at Optus, you will:

  • Work in a Digital Sales online environment and help refine and maintain our high standards of Digital Sales order fulfilment for the thousands of people who use our portals daily
  • Be responsible for helping Optus with our online sales fulfilment goals
  • Work with external channels to help deliver robust and industry leading outcomes
  • Provide insights for improving online CX and sales, by helping our customers have the best online order experience
  • Work on a new e-commerce platform
  • Work with product and sales teams
  • Build relationships with vendors

About you

You are a self-starter with a curious mind and collaborative attitude – unconventional backgrounds welcome

Other preferred skills and experience include:

  • Prior experience managing high performing teams and vendors or contact centres to obtain sales order outcomes.
  • Prior experience leading a small on shore team, and moderate off-shore team
  • Background in vendor contract negotiation
  • Strategic thinker, ability to anticipate customer outcomes with an analytical thinking mindset
  • Background in leading change projects is beneficial
  • Great communication skills and ability to build relationships with diverse teams
  • Have intense curiosity - a desire to go beneath the surface of a problem, find the questions at its heart and distil them into a very clear set of hypotheses that can be tested
