Customer Training Specialist

What is the role?
Based in Notting Hill, you will develop and deliver technical training (classroom face-to-face, webinar, eLearning, eAssessment) and provide technical support to all Schneider Electric Australia customers, including internal employees.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide technical training to internal and external customers;
  • Develop training material and assessment including eLearning content and eAssessment;
  • Review and evaluate existing training material and methods including 3rd party delivery review;
  • Work closely with product offer management team and/or R&D providing timely feedback on products and software application;
  • Promote training and support day to day department operation.
