One of Australia’s leading insurance companies is looking for Customer Service Representatives to join their team based in Parramatta on a six month contract.


Your new role
Your role as a Customer Service Representative for a leading insurance company will include handling all incoming claims enquires. You will be required to provide excellent customer service on all phone calls, and actively promote our preferred suppliers to clients.


What you'll need to succeed
Our client is looking for someone who demonstrates great communication skills as well as be driven to exceed expectations. Excellent customer service skills, and ability to build rapport with customers while showing a positive and flexible attitude and manner is also desired.
