Your new company
This Government Department who specialise in providing a telephone based service to the general public and commercial customers are seeking a professional Customer Service Officer for an immediate start!

Your new role
This role will see you on the front line for all inbound telephone calls whilst referring customers to other departments if appropriate. You will be working in a fast paced, dynamic environment dealing with extensive and varied enquiries, co-ordinating bookings and resolving customer complaints as well as processing adhoc enquiries.

Please note as a customer service officer you will be guaranteed to work four to five set shifts per week.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in the role you will be an experienced customer service officer who has considerable experience at dealing with a diverse customer base and up to 100 calls per day. You will need to have excellent communications skills, attention to detail, patients and a passion for providing an outstanding service along with IT literacy on MS word.

All industry experience is welcome.
