Your new company
This financial services company is a major participant in the mortgage market and has been delivering competitive and innovative home loan products to Australians for over 20 years. This company supports mortgage brokers and mortgage managers with end-to-end loan processing and administration support.


Your new role
To be successful with you will go above and beyond to achieve great results for the brokers;



  • Delivering outstanding podium support to brokers through an inbound call flow.

  • Efficiently and attentively managing the Podium Support email inbox.

  • Assisting the line manager with reporting and analytics.

  • Sharing customer insights with the team as well as stakeholders.

  • Your new role is a full time 6 month temporary ongoing assignment paying $26.61 per hour + super.

  • Your working week will be from Monday to Friday on a rotating roster basis between the hours of 8 am to 8 pm.




What you'll need to succeed
To be successful with you will go above and beyond to achieve great results for the brokers;



  • Previous Contact Center experience.

  • Effective communication skills and a good understanding of customer needs.

  • Someone who enjoys linking in with customers over the phone to build relationships

  • Individuals who strive for strong customer advocacy outcomes

  • A proven team player: someone who gets that reward is far sweeter when shared by those around you.
