Your new company
Our client is a prestigious local bank renowned for innovation. They continue to take market share in the consumer lending space. Due to growth they are currently recruiting for multiple Credit Analysts across their mortgages division.
Your new role
In this role you will be responsible for assessing credit worthiness of customers and decisioning on mortgage applications within your Delegated Lending Authority (DLA). You will review and analysis financial documents to determine serviceability. You will be liaising with brokers and other introducers on a daily basis. These are high volume roles that require high levels of attention to detail.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for these roles you require a finance-related degree- preferably finance, economics or commerce. You will have previous credit experience in a mortgages environment. A previous DLA is preferable but not essential. Those with pre-credit or loan packaging experience will also be considered. You will be confident in analysing financial documents. You will have impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal. Attention to detail and the ability to work both quickly and accurately are also essential
