This reputable Gold Coast based residential builder is recognised for its unique builds and proactive business model. With immense growth in their investment and custom home departments they are looking for a dynamic Contracts Administration to drive their business to its next phase of success.
Your new role
You will be responsible for compiling plans while managing and monitoring subcontractors and ensuring they are fulfilling the specifications and standards of their contracts. You will manage relationships with subbies, internal and external stakeholders alike and assist with the control of project budgets, forecasts and scheduling.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have previous Contract Administrator experience with a local residential builder. You will be a confident communicator to be able to successfully negotiate and liaise with stakeholders, and also have the ability to drive projects under tight deadlines. You will have a high level of computer competency and a commercial work ethic.
