Purpose of Role:
An exciting new role working as part of our Lifestyle Rewards business focusing on both sales and marketing to drive new retail programs and manage our client campaigns. A key focus of this role will be building and maintaining strong client relationships while monitoring rewards program performance and developing strategies to increase member engagement and financial returns to VRL.

The role will see you:

  • Identify revenue growth opportunities through client business development activities
  • Build and maintain healthy partnerships with key partners and retailers
  • Continuously analyse the performance of client programs, recommend and implement ways to improve engagement and increase spend
  • Manage the on-boarding of new customers and renew contracts with existing customers

You are passionate about customer service and that shows through your enthusiasm, proactive nature and most importantly your interractions with internal and external stakeholders.

Experience:

  • You've spent time as an account manager or in a client service role
  • Project management and relationship building 
  • Strong organisational skills and deadline focus
  • Exposure to a proactive sales environment and up-selling skills
  • Experience working in a digitally focused product environment would be very highly regarded
