Business Development Manager

The Company
Our client is one of the largest security companies within the Retail, Commercial and Government Industries. Having developed and grown since 1979, my client provides a complete spectrum of customised and developed security solutions.

This position has been developed to support future growth strategies, we are now seeking a passionate Business Development Manager to join the team.

You must have experience selling Electronic Security services, hold a current NSW Security licence, and Electronic Security experience i.e. IP CCTV, Alarm Systems, Access Control. You will be a motivated individual driven by increasing sales to new customers and maximising business opportunities within the existing customer base. Your primary focus will be to sell high end integrated Electronic Security Systems across a range of sectors such as commercial and industrial.

The Role:
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Build strong business relationships, promoting and increasing awareness of products and services

  • Identify opportunities to service new customers

  • Liaise with industry groups to generate opportunities and impact business growth and profitability

  • Possess strong commercial acumen

  • High level influencing and negotiation skills and the ability to build solid business relationships will also be required.

  • Have pride in presentation

  • Confident person who enjoys meeting people and be a good communicator

  • Self-motivated person who can manage their time

  • Project Estimation

This position offers an attractive salary package including car allowance and rewarding commission structure.
